Part of an International Defence Group based in Dorset.

Your new role
Driving improvement and maintaining compliance for the finance process, reporting and procedures to meet the minimum standards of financial control required when working on Government and MOD contracts.Working as a business partner for senior management and contributing to the management of the finance team
You should ideally have extensive experience of dealing with outside agencies and an Understanding of accounting and absorption costing principles and techniques across a manufacturing business and relevance to government rate calculations
You will ideally have an understanding of the QMAC process for the MOD

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with Internal Controls and Process Improvement experience or a background in Audit.
