Job Details
This global financial services organisation is looking to recruit an experienced internal auditor. In this role you will have the responsibility for audit engagements within the corporate banking, investment banking, transaction banking and securities businesses, focussing on enterprise-wide risk management. You will be responsible for the scoping, planning and delivery of the audits across the EMEA region ensuring that key risks are mitigated. You will be expected to lead and develop team members as well as generate and manage strong internal relationships.
To be considered for this position you should come from an internal audit background and have experience of the relevant banking areas; ideally having worked in an internal audit function of a large corporate / investment bank. A strong understanding of corporate/investment banking and the regulatory requirements will be key. Relevant industry qualifications e.g. CIA, ACA, ACCA and/or a Project Management Qualification would be desirable but not essential. This a great opportunity to work for a global organisation in a role offering responsibility for a set portfolio.
