West London based, international established business actively seeks a highly skilled, Financial Controls Manager to join their growing in house Finance function ASAP.

Communicate have successfully worked with this business recently in Audit and elsewhere in finance, so have a core understanding of their culture and ethos, and are excited to further recruit for their diverse and ambitious audit team.

London head-quartered customer facing company with a turnover in the billions. Serving international markets, this diverse business has a global reach and international office locations. They have readjusted their business plan to expand their most successful BUs following an exciting period of growth.

Ideal Candidate

·          Core understanding of business risks, with proven risk management experience

·          Conducts Financial Control Framework self assessments and remediates issues

·          Drive financial, IT Third Party Assurance processes control improvements

·          Support Internal and External Audit to develop the control environment and business processes

·          Strong, confident personality – excellent stakeholder management

This role will be based out of a London office with some international travel, and report into the Financial Control Director
