Ethics and Compliance Policy Manager
My client are a global brand who specialise in research, education and publishing.
Due to an internal promotion, we are working with our client to recruit an Ethics and Compliance Advisor to be based at their Oxford offices.
This is a critical hire and we seek to appoint someone who will support and embed the corporate ethics and compliance programme across the business.
You will take an active role in maintaining the ongoing risk assessments across the business and identifying any areas where the business require training. You will deliver this training.
You will support the compliance team in leading reviews to ensure that adequate internal controls are in place to prevent and detect unethical conduct.
The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal and written English skills coupled with a strong desire to add value to the business. You are likely to have some experience identifying fraud, possibly within compliance and will be seeking a new challenge. This is a global company and as such you will have the opportunity to undertake international travel as part of the role.
