Finance Controls Manager - FTSE 100 Consumer Goods Business

IAC is currently recruiting a Financial Controls Manager with a market leading FTSE 100 consumer goods business. They hold annual revenues of over £9 billion and employ 35,000 in more than 60 countries. The business operates a number of brands that are marking leading in each of their categories. The Group has performed very strongly in recent years and is currently transforming to ensure it is best positioned for future growth.

Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the development of finance business processes and controls, establish the new central process and controls improvement function, deliver special finance projects and develop the Global Internal Controls Framework and effective monitoring processes for key Financial risks.

You will be fully accountancy qualified and have prior experience and understanding of developing leading edge finance processes, systems and controls across areas such as Supply Chain Planning, Purchase to Pay and Record to Report. You will be motivated and driven with a desire to progress within the organisation.
