Internal Audit Senior (low travel)

A Top 20 firm in central London has a new vacancy for an Internal Audit Senior (qualified) or Semi Senior (part qualified), ideally suited to someone making a move from external audit. You will perform internal audit assignments for a broad range of commercial clients, some of which have an annual internal audit plan, and other assignments that are one-off project type on behalf of a growing organisation. Unlike in-house internal audit roles, travel is typically to clients within the M25, and won't require overnight stays away from home. You will undertake planning, fieldwork and reporting for all internal audit assignments, and there will be opportunity to develop and lead on audit assignments and manage a portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain internal audit experience across a wide range of sectors and with support from an Internal Audit Manager.
The position is open at Senior level to ACA / ACCA / IIA qualified individuals with external audit experience from a Top 20 firm. Part qualified ACA / ACCA / IIA candidates will be considered at Semi-Senior level, and the firm is happy to offer study support. You must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
