Our client is a growing specialist professional services firm based in the heart of the West Midlands.

They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the Finance Director in managing and controlling the day to day finances and provision of high quality management accounts and management information.

This varied and challenging role will lead a small and dedicated finance team with the responsibility for all financial transactions, production of year-end accounts, cashiering and ad hoc financial projects and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience in the legal sector and experience of SRA Solicitors' Accounts Rules, however, our client is keen to secure the best person for this role and are willing to consider proactive and experienced candidates with professional services or LLP experience hence the variation of salary banding.

This is a hands-on Finance Manager role which can offer lots of variety in a growing and vibrant SME.
