What they look for:
- Business fluency in English, ideally German and any other language such as French or Spanish is seen as a big plus.
-Experience within the manufacturing area - compliance and big project audits are important.
- Operational audit within a multinational company in industry (manufacturing, production, construction, automotive, etc) or big 4 experience with clients from the industry being a must. Having had clients coming only from financial services is not sufficient.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A determined, confident person who knows how to handle and adapt to various situations.They seek someone who is open minded, resilient, reliable, steady and empathetic towards others.
Travelling globally, approximately 30% -50% of the time, the auditor will be exposed to a truly international position – Europe, America and Middle East particular focus. By possessing a proactive nature and bringing ideas to the table, there will be an opportunity to add immediate value to the global subsidiaries.
