A Top 10 Accountancy Firm based are seeking an experienced audit senior associate to join their Liverpool audit support team. This team is one of several teams in the Liverpool office that work internally within the business providing support to client facing members of the team. The Liverpool office has grown massively and now across all the departments within the shared service centre they have over 120 staff and therefore there are c great career opportunities available.

Your new role
Working within the audit support team you will provide audit set up, planning and completion support to the audit service stream clients. As an Audit Senior Associate you will support regional client facing audit teams with multiple aspects of statutory audits such as quality assurance of the audit file set up, generating reports using their in-house data analytics tool, mentoring and supervising junior staff and training the junior staff to undertake the audit file set up. As the interface between the audit hub and the client facing team you will deal with internal queries and adhere to tight deadlines.


What you'll need to succeed
In this role the firm are looking to appoint an ACA / ACCA / CA qualified accountant who has worked within a registered audit firm. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and demonstrate good time management and organisational skills.
