An award winning Top 10 global accountancy firm are currently seeking an experienced audit manager or senior manager to become a senior member of their audit group and not for profit service line. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top 10 firm in their not for profit service line which has a dominant presence in the North West. The role can be situated in either their Liverpool or Manchester office.

Your new role
As an Audit Manager / Senior Manager your role will encompass three streams; portfolio management, team management and strategic management and growth.

Firstly you will oversee and manage a portfolio of fully listed and AIM listed clients alongside the partner and participate in Key Account management. Secondly you will take responsibility resource planning and allocation, performance management of the team, recruitment, and acting as a mentor to the team assisting them with promotion and their career goals.

Thirdly you will work with the partners to grow your presence in the not for profit sector. This will include participating in marketing, attending pitches, writing proposals and developing your network.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are looking to appoint a Chartered Accountant who can demonstrate a rounded managerial skill set. You will have strong technical knowledge, ideally within the not for profit sector however this isn't necessary, a proven track record of developing staff and the commercial acumen to identify and develop sales opportunities.
