Your new firm
A long established independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in North Fylde, Lancashire are an ACCA / ACA qualified general practitioner to join the firm as a Client Services Manager. This is a newly created opportunity to support the retirement of a well established member of the team.

Your new role
As a Client Services Manager you assume responsibility for a large portfolio of clients, predominantly OMBs. With this portfolio you will be responsible for liaising with clients to call in their records, reviewing and finalising accounting files, resolving any client queries, providing ad hoc advice to clients and leading year end meetings.


Your role will be heavily client facing and you will be responsible for responding to client queries in a timely manner as well as conducting regular meetings.

There is scope for this job role to progress to partnership for the right person in the medium term.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking an experienced qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) who can demonstrate prior experience of successfully managing a portfolio. As this is a client facing role you must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and also good organisational skills as you must respond to client queries in a timely manner. The firm are based in North Fylde, Lancashire and clients are relatively local to this area so ideally you will live in the Lancashire region.
