A national financial services organisation based in the Centre of Edinburgh is going through a period of change and is looking to bring an Operations Manager for Policy Accounting on a temporary basis.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing the department to deliver high quality business support. This will involve focusing on the delivery of financial soundness as well as having a proactive mindset and commercial business acumen. By improving processes, you will be responsible for creating a positive and best practice working environment which takes pride in high level reporting, monitoring and control processes.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills and have a good understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory management. You will be driven to deliver results and be an effective communicator. Additionally, managing relationships and working collaboratively is crucial in line with efficient planning and organisation.
