A world-leading client in the Financial Services are searching for a Credit Risk Manager to specialise in Real Estate portfolio analysis. This will include a wide-ranging Commercial property book and regular client and site visits.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a solid foundation of experience in the field
- strong communications and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
- expert knowledge of accounting, legal and regulatory issues
- advanced corporate analysis skills, i.e. cash flow modelling
