Tasks:

  • Central contact in risk management
  • Implementation of topics of supervisory law and information security
  • Support in the analysis of regulatory requirements and the need for action
  • Risk identification and analysis (stress tests if necessary) as well as adaptation of the relevant guidelines and regulations
  • Carrying out investment limit check
  • Monitoring and documentation of compliance with internal and regulatory / legal framework conditions: e.g. Conflicts of interest, employee transactions, gifts / donations, money laundering, data protection
  • Further development, maintenance and updating of the risk management concept: maintenance compliance manual, internal risk management and process guidelines / organizational charts
  • Reporting on Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG, UNPRI
  • Reporting and Reporting / Risk Monitoring: Monitoring of Reporting to Supervisory Authorities
  • Treasury / liquidity risk and currency management / risk management: preparation and monitoring of business and budget planning; Liquidity monitoring, account management and payment processing
  • Outsourcing controlling: Supervision of externally assigned accounting and reporting, technical support of internal and external audits, review of the annual financial statements & tax documents of the companies
  • Support in fund management / controlling and investor reporting
  • Autonomous implementation of special projects

Qualifications:

  • Economics degree with a focus on accounting, controlling, finance, banking or alternatively law studies (with a focus on regulatory law, compliance / governance, business law); ideally with relevant additional training
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience with an asset manager / KVG, bank, insurance or auditing / tax consulting firm
  • Experience in the areas of risk management, compliance, auditing and additionally in fund management and fund controlling
  • Know-how in the private equity sector / PE funds or with real asset funds
  • Commercial understanding / financial knowledge as well as interest in regulatory and legal issues
  • Ideally, experience in dealing with compliance systems
  • Experience in controlling and implementing projects
  • Very good PC skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Financial Modeling) and secure handling of databases (eg financial analysis tools, research)
  • Technical affinity, willingness to accompany IT projects
  • English - very good in spoken and written
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent analytical skills; able to work very accurately and detail-oriented, without losing sight of the whole
  • Independent, structured and proactive way of working
  • High personal motivation, reliability and flexibility

Aufgaben:

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner im Risikomanagement
  • Umsetzung von Themen des Aufsichtsrechts sowie der Informationssicherheit
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von regulatorischen Anforderungen und Ableitung des Handlungsbedarfs
  • Risikoidentifikation und -analyse (ggf. Stresstests) sowie Anpassung der relevanten Richtlinien und Regelungen
  • Durchführung Anlagegrenzprüfung
  • Überwachung & Dokumentation der Einhaltung interner sowie regulatorischer/gesetzlicher Rahmenbedingungen: z.B. Interessenskonflikte, Mitarbeitergeschäfte, Geschenke/Zuwendungen, Geldwäsche, Datenschutz
  • Weiterentwicklung, Pflege und Aktualisierung des Risikomanagement-Konzepts: Pflege Compliance Handbuch, interne Risikomanagement- und Prozessrichtlinien/Organigramme
  • Reporting zu Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG, UNPRI
  • Berichts- und Meldewesen / Risikomonitoring: Überwachung des Reportings an Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Treasury/Liquiditätsrisiko- und Währungsmanagement/Risikosteuerung: Erstellung und Überwachung der Geschäfts- und Budgetplanungen; Liquiditätsüberwachung, Kontenverwaltung und Zahlungsverkehrsabwicklung
  • Auslagerungscontrolling: Überwachung von extern vergebener Buchhaltung und Meldewesen, fachliche Begleitung interner und externer Prüfungen, Überprüfung der Jahresabschlüsse & Steuerunterlagen der Gesellschaften
  • Unterstützung im Fondsmanagement/-controlling und Investorenreporting
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Sonderprojekten

Qualifikationen:

  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Finanzen, Bankwirtschaft oder alternativ Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (mit den Schwerpunkten Aufsichtsrecht, Compliance / Governance, Wirtschaftsrecht); idealweise mit relevanter Zusatzausbildung
  • 4 - 8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung bei einem Asset Manager / einer KVG, einer Bank, einer Versicherung oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- / Steuerberatungs-gesellschaft
  • Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Risikomanagement, Compliance, Revision und zusätzlich gerne im Fondsmanagement bzw. Fondscontrolling
  • Know-how hinsichtlich der Private Equity-Branche / PE-Fonds bzw. mit Real Asset-Fonds
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis / Finanzwissen sowie Interesse für aufsichtsrechtliche und gesetzliche Themen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Compliance-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. Excel, Financial Modelling) und sicherer Umgang mit Datenbanken (z.B. Finanzanalyse-Tools, Research)
  • Technische Affinität, Bereitschaft IT-Projekte zu begleiten
  • Englisch - sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
  • Unternehmerisch denkend
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten; in der Lage, sehr genau und detailorientiert zu arbeiten, ohne dabei den Blick für das Ganze zu verlieren
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe persönliche Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
