Job Details
A real estate debt lending fintech in the West End is looking for a couple of people to join their investments team to help close financing deals with clients for property development opportunities.
Looking to speak with people who match the following criteria:
- 3 years' minimum experience in Development Finance & Real Estate
- Practical debt/lending knowledge around Commercial & Residential and Hospitality & Retail property
- Demonstrable experience closing deals/transactions
- HNW/SME/Corporates/Private client interaction
- Proven/confident financial modelling experience
- Ideally multi-lingual (EU primarily: Italian, Spanish, German, French)
- Entrepreneurial/problem-solving flair and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Location: London, W1
Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £40-70k base (depending on level of experience) + competitive bonus
