Senior Internal Auditor
My client are a global insurance corporation who are seeking to appoint a senior internal auditor to join Guildford based offices in Surrey.
This is a small but high performing internal audit team and the successful candidate will be someone who is keen to work autonomously in order to deliver the internal audit plan.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to deliver end to end internal audits whilst working autonomously
- Have strong interpersonal skills and relish the opportunity to work with and own senior stakeholder relationships.
- Be commercially aware and able to influence and work collaboratively with the business.
- On occasion lead other team members when required.
This is a client with an excellent record for moving their internal auditors into the business and so applicants must be ambitious and keen to utilise this opportunity to the best of their ability.

We seek highly motivated internal and external auditors with experience in insurance (Top 10 or external audit experience is also welcomed) and ideally London Markets.
Ideally you will be ACA/ACCA/CIA or IIA qualified and will have strong communication skills and be keen to develop and manage your own senior stakeholder relationships. There is minimal travel with this role.
