Your new company is a large accountancy practice with offices based in Bristol, offering a fantastic opportunity for graduates aspiring to become a qualified accountant.
Your new role
The main responsibility in this role will be to audit a portfolio of pension scheme accounts, following statutory requirements whilst being supervised/mentored by more senior staff. You will meet and liaise with clients, assist in audit assignments and develop your audit/accounting skills along with other juniors, with the end goal of becoming a chartered accountant.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have a strong academic background. You will need to have a 2.1/1st class degree (or be fully AAT qualified) , and ideally 300+ UCAS points at a-level (old scheme). You will also need to have some experience working in pension scheme administrator role. You will need to have very strong technical and analytical skills, with great verbal and written communication skills.
