SVP Model Risk Internal Audit, International Investment Bank

With increasing investment in audit headcount in Dublin, my investment banking client has an opportunity for a model risk specialist or model risk auditor, to lead a team of 6 subject matter experts in their Dublin office. You will lead one half of a larger EMEA model risk audit team, supported by a London based Director with regional responsibility.

Whilst Dublin is the main focus, the team will also participate in other regional and at times global audits. The key skills needed with this senior role are leadership and stakeholder management. You will therefore need to understand model risk and come from a technical risk background but success in the role will be about getting the best out of the wider team and managing senior level relationships across the Irish business up to CRO and board level.
