Internal Audit Manager - low travel

The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are pleased to be recruiting an Internal Audit Manager for an international transport business with a TO of £4b.

This is a highly desirable role with a broad scope – you will planning and delivering a broad range of financial and operational audits and have regular exposure to senior management. Furthermore, you will get involved with risk management in what is an integrated audit and risk function.

This role has line management responsibility as well as managing the relationship between the business and its Big 4 co-source, and reports into the Head of Audit.

The UK office is in central London. This is a low travel role with occasional UK travel required.

It’s highly likely the Internal Audit Manager will be in line to be promoted to Senior Manager with a 2 year period.

The expected salary for this role is £65k plus a bonus of 15% and other benefits.

Qualifications, experience and skills:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA etc.)
• Strong internal audit/risk advisory background (Big 4, FTSE 100 etc.)
• A pro-active self-starter able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Demonstrable leaderships skills
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder relationship building skills
