A banking institution are seeking a Credit Risk Manager to join their Governance function, focusing upon a Real Estate Portfolio. The role will demand a candidate capable of building strong working relationships internally and with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong credit application and analytical skills, with a proven understanding of Real Estate
- Experience with cash flow modelling and risk mitigation in complex transactions
- Proven industry experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with particular focus upon aforementioned interpersonal skills
