KPP Search have been engaged by one of the world's largest manufacturing companies to help them build a brand new Internal Audit team based in Monterrey, Mexico. This team will have responsibility for North, Central and South America as well as the Caribbean. On top of this you will also have the opportunity to travel to other parts of the world on projects if you wish.

As the team is new and currently has nobody in place we are looking for auditors at all levels. The audit plan that you are working on will consist of a wide range of operational/business risks as well as finance risks. Ideally we are looking for candidates with experience of both types of audit.

Candidates will need to be able to work to a risk based audit plan and be comfortable in scoping out a project. Many of the departments and business units you audit will be unique and will not have been audited before. This means that you will need to build relationships with management quickly and be able to understand their operations in order to assess where the risks may be.

At present there is no defined hierarchy in this team, though the plan is for it grow to be 10 people by mid 2020.

Requirements

• Ideally Big 4 trained in Internal or External Audit
• Experience of Auditing in Mexico
• Professional Audit qualifications are a plus
• IT Audit experience is a bonus
