KPMG Audit Graduate Programmes
Our Audit Graduate programme offers you a valuable opportunity to build in-depth knowledge of businesses across a variety of sectors. Working directly with clients, you’ll help organisations improve their accounting operations as well as finding ways to add value across their full range of business activities. You’ll learn how to deliver an accurate, impartial perspective on an organisation’s financial activity and provide quality insights for our clients using some of the latest technologies - such as artificial intelligence and predictive analytic tools.
Training
We’ll offer you inspiring and challenging learning opportunities that will help you to develop your career, including networking events, mentoring, one-to-one learning with leaders, online and in-classroom courses.
You’ll be supported to achieve either the ACA or CA professional qualification. We recognise that everyone is different and so we offer flexible study paths, from Intensive to Empowered, giving you the choice to front-load your exams and concentrate more on work experience later, or spread the exams more evenly over the course of the programme. Whichever path you choose, our dedicated Professional Qualification Training and Accreditation team will be on hand to help you to prepare for your exams.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits, including 25 days holiday, lunch allowance, Student joiner loan, study leave and a day off on your birthday. Plus, you’ll also have the chance to take up to six days of work time each year for volunteering activities, on top of your annual leave.
