The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are working on behalf of a Top 10 Firm in the City of London who are recruiting an Assistant Manager to join their Financial Services team. In a dynamic and supportive environment, the successful candidate will be reporting to senior management and leading engagements.

Their portfolio of mid-tier clients operates in the Financial Services industry, including Wealth and Investments; our client needs to increase head count as their client base – and workload – is increasing. The nature of the work and the professional clients you would be involved with ensures that no two days are the same.

During this key growth period for the team, senior management are keen for the focus to be on client relationship management and business development; employees with the will and drive to are encouraged to get involved in networking, tenders, and more. This is all within a collaborative environment with supportive senior management who actively encourage career progression.

Our client is keen to consider people who are 2+ years post-qualified in ACA or ACCA with relevant Financial Services Experience. Ideally you would come from a Top 20 Practice background and are now looking for the next step in your career.
