Senior Accountant / Client Manager - Mid Wales Practice

A multi-office Practice with long standing reputation across Mid-Wales as one of the leading firms in the area. They have a strong mix of clients across Agriculture, Manufacturing, Leisure and Tourism and Not for Profit and provide an excellent environment to work in. Due to retirement at Partner level, they are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Accountant / Client Manager to manage a portfolio of clients

Your new role
As a Senior Accountant / Client Manager you will be in a position of responsibility within the firm. You will manage a portfolio of some of the more important clients, which a Partner has previously been working on, and provide end to end Accounts support. You will help manage the workload of Junior staff, review the technical work they produce for your client and look for opportunities to engage with clients in different ways. As the change to 'Making Tax Digital' starts to come in, you may also visit clients to train them on Digital Accounting software.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE with minimum 10 years Practice experience. Ideally this would include managing a portfolio of clients and providing Accounts and Tax support. If you are already working at Senior Accountant / Client Manager level, this could be a springboard to Partnership.
