My client is a independent regulator based in Central London. They are looking to recruit a Senior Audit Manager (Insurance) on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for visiting audit firms and reviewing their processes and audit methodologies. You will make an assessment of the work carried out on major audits with a focus on insurance audits, offering advice on how to improve processes and judgements made by audit partners on key audit and accounting issues. You will meet with senior audit partners and other team members on the relevant audits and reporting of finding to the firms.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential to be a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant who has experience at Audit Senior Manager or above in public practice working in a major UK audit firm. It is essential to have significant experience in auditing the various types of UK insurance entities.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £87,200 per annum working for a well-established regulator based in an excellent Central London location. An excellent benefits package is also included.
