Lead Internal (Operational) Auditor

KPP Search are working with a market-leading multinational in the Consumer Goods industry who are looking to hire a Senior Internal Auditor, to play a key role within their Internal Audit department based in Amsterdam. Their Headquarters are in Amsterdam but have 3 other offices internationally. (Singapore, Mexico and Africa).

The company have an excellent track record of career development and rotation opportunities for their Internal Audit staff, considering the team to be a ‘talent pool’ for more business focused roles. Alternatively, there is the option to grow within the Internal Audit function and become part of the Senior Management Team.

You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, delivering Internal Audit projects internationally.

What is required?

• Previous experience in Operational Audit
• Be willing to travel globally up to 50% of the time
• Have strong communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Be interested in an international career in a diverse and multinational team
• Being part of a team carrying out 7-9 Projects a year
• Leading 3/4 Projects a year
• Spanish speaking (Fluent/Conversational)
