Internal Auditor

The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) has been asked by a luxury real estate business based in Greater London to help recruit an experienced Internal Auditor.

This is a very interesting time to be part of this newly established audit function where you will report directly into the Head of Internal Audit.

Your prime responsibility will be to complete Compliance and Risk Audits across the UK. You will also assist in the production and distribution of the Company Risk Model as well as other reporting.

This role will involve around 50% UK travel.

Core Responsibilities include:

• Complete Compliance and Risk Audits across the UK
• Assist in the production and distribution of the Company Risk Model
• Assist in the production of monthly internal audit reporting to senior business managers
• Review of F&B margin performance to identify areas of the business that are underperforming.
• Directly contribute to raising the profile of the Risk & Assurance function

Specific Requirements:

• At least 1 year internal audit experience
• Proactive with the ability to work independently when required
• Collaborative attitude and good team player
• Ability to work under stressful situations and time pressures
• Good MS Excel knowledge Strong analytical skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
