Your new company
My client, a 4 Partner, Independent Accountancy Practice, which is growing year on year, is looking for an audit senior to step into an audit assistant manager role to meet the requirements of it's growing client base.

Your new role
You will be responsible for all audit work for the Firm with the full support from the Partners. You will assist with planning and budgeting for audits, meeting clients, leading audit teams, executing field work, mentoring juniors and reviewing their work. This will be a hands on role until the juniors have qualified and are ready to carry out audits on their own, allowing you to have a more managerial function. You will gain in depth knowledge of your clients in this initial phase, allowing you to create strong relationships, handle future queries and be the point of contact for escalation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years experience in Audit. You will have received from a Top 50 Firm, looking to step into a managerial role while continuing to be hands on with client engagements. You will be able to build strong relationships and rapport with your clients, allowing you to become the point of contact for the audit portfolio.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience. My client heavily promotes a work life balance with standard hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm the norm, overtime is not encouraged. This Firm is flexible and appreciates family life and it's commitments.
