Internal Audit Manager - WORK FROM HOME - £45,000-£60,000

Your new company
This Internal Audit Manager role is with a longstanding and globally recognised professional body with a large membership base. This role will be predominantly home-based, but you will be required to travel 20-30% domestically and be in the Birmingham city centre office c.1 day/week.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a team of 7-8 auditors delivering a range of regulatory and financial audits for members. This will involve performance management of the team, ensuring a high quality of work is maintained, managing larger audits and dealing with complex issues. You will also have various ad hoc responsibilities including delivering webinars to members.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with recent exposure to a regulated industry. Recent and relevant people management experience is essential. Prior experience in Big 4 or Top 10 practice is advantageous but not essential. You must be a personable and dynamic individual who can help facilitate change.
What you'll get in return
£45,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)
