Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing fintech business as they seek to hire an experienced internal auditor to lead a small team. You will be expected to develop the internal audit department and the internal audit strategy; build relationships with stakeholders across the business and provide senior management with assurance on the adequacy of the business’ control activities. This is a new position offering autonomy and ownership and an opportunity to join a dynamic company.
The suitable candidate should have prior financial services internal audit experience, preferably in the fintech, payments and/or retail banking sectors. Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management and people management will be essential. In addition to the technical requirements, this role will suit an ambitious and passionate internal auditor who would like to be a part of a fast-growing company and helping to further integrate the internal audit function within the business.
