KPMG in the UK, is part of a global network of firms offering Audit, Tax & Pensions, Consulting, Deal Advisory and Technology services. Working with start-ups to major multinationals, in the private and public sectors, we apply innovative approaches, quality insights and deep expertise to support companies to solve some of their most complex business challenges.

Who should apply?

Our Audit programmes are for people with an interest in business, who are motivated to develop a rewarding career within our firm – you don’t have to be a recent university graduate to apply.

What you’ll do

Our Audit Graduate programmes offer you a valuable opportunity to build in-depth knowledge of businesses across a variety of sectors. Working directly with companies we audit, you’ll deliver an accurate, impartial perspective on their financial activity and provide quality insights for our audit entities using some of the latest technologies - such as artificial intelligence and predictive analytic tools.

Training

We’ll offer you inspiring development opportunities to support you to take the next step in your career, as well as structured training and funded professional qualifications.

You’ll be supported to achieve either the ACA or CA professional qualification. We recognise that everyone is different and so we offer flexible study paths, from Intensive to Empowered, giving you the choice to front-load your exams and concentrate more on work experience later, or spread the exams more evenly over the course of the programme.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits, including 25 days holiday, a daily lunch allowance, staff discounts and a day off on your birthday. Plus, you’ll also have the chance to take up to six days of work time each year for volunteering activities, on top of your annual leave.
