As a longstanding partner of this Big 4 firm, I have been asked to assist with the hiring of an IT M&A Manager for their Zurich office. The role:
As a Manager in this team, you will:
- Focus on M&A integration and/or operational/back office carve-outs
- Identify, manage and deliver deal-related strategy and business process consulting projects focusing on the finance function
- Deliver consulting projects in a timely manner with senior stakeholders
- Engage in and manage business development activities, marketing initiatives and practice development activities
- Develop and broaden your network
Who we're looking for:
- 5+ years’ relevant IT Management Consulting and/or M&A work experience
- Experience of ERP systems (ideally SAP) design and implementation, notably for Finance and Supply Chain
- Experience in presenting and engaging on IT topics (both technology and management) with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German
