Corporate Audit Manager

Leading Global firm operating in the manufacturing; engineering and design space seeks a senior Corporate Audit Manager to join their expanding in house function. As part of a large, and successful business, this is a great opportunity to get full business exposure, learn and develop audit skills, and be part of a highly professional audit team at the senior management level

Core Role Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Heads of Audit
• Manage audits; and deliver reports to senior team
• Line manage junior team

To be suitable for this role, candidates will ideally be:

• ACA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent qualified
• Internal and or external audit experience to a high level up to manager grade
• Previous line management experience either within Big 4 or Industry
• Core knowledge of corporate governance and risk management
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to stand up to strong characters

With a global presence, this role will involve some international travel – about 2-3 trips per year, of no longer than 2-3 week engagements, so overall, about 25% of your time.
