Senior Manager - Trust and Transparency - Big 4
The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are recruiting for a senior manager to join one of the leading performance assurance practices at one of the Big 4 accountancy firms. Working within their risk assurance business, you will be part of a unique proposition that helps their clients build trust in their systems, processes and controls for their customers, regulators and stakeholders.
As the successful candidate you will be given the opportunity to play a key leadership role in their risk assurance team. You will be leading innovative engagements and projects across their FTSE 250, AIM listed and privately backed businesses. Working across multiple industries, this team has found real success in the Technology, Media and Business Service sectors and any exposure to large projects within these areas will be highly valued.
This is a fast-growing area as the need for trust and transparency in an ever more connected world is key for customer assurance. You will be taking ownership of senior client relationships (C-suite individuals) and lead conversations to maximise further opportunities for the firm. You will be tasked with growing the business through the continual building of your network and other business development activities, alongside playing an active role in the strategic leadership of the department.
To be considered you will be able to demonstrate experience providing assurance against formal methodologies and standards such as ISAE3000, ISA3402, SSAE16/18, SOC 1/ 2 etc. You will have experience in performing assurance/audit work over business processes/controls including an understanding of testing IT processes and controls. Ideally you will have recent experience working in another practice firm and have led pitches/proposals but candidates from industry will still be considered.
