Audit Manager, flexible working agreement

We have been approached by a FTSE 100 travel and leisure group to recruit an Audit Manager to join their team in Luton.
Reporting to the Audit Committee and the Group CFO, this position will involve planning, executing and reporting audit projects as well as other ad-hoc work, building strong working relationships, providing recommendations after identifying process and control weaknesses as well as any inefficiencies, and creating detailed reports for management that encourage discussion over any relevant issues.
Travel for this role will be around 40%, and when not travelling, the candidate will have the option to work from home a certain percentage of the time.
The preferred candidate will have the following:
- A background in audit
- Ideally be Big 4 / Top 10 trained
- Hold a relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CA, CIMA)
- Be highly motivated with excellent personal and communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with clients domestically and overseas.
