Transaction Services professionals – looking for a more operational role?

I am working in partnership with a boutique financial advisory firm in Paris, assisting them to hire a Manager for their Financial & Operational Consulting team. You will join a young, dynamic business which specialises in providing transaction and operational support to a wide range of corporate and private equity clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the practice. If you are an experienced Transactions professional looking for a more operational role, this is the opportunity for you.

The role:

You will work on a range of consulting projects such as Operational and Post Deal Support, Underperformance and Independent Business Reviews, Restructuring, Modelling and Carve-outs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ consulting / financial advisory experience gained in a large accountancy firm (Big 4 preferred)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Consulting / Transaction Services / Operational Transactions
  • Prior management experience
  • Fluency in French and English
