Group Internal Auditor

My client is a well known luxury service provider with over 50 sites across the UK. They have a permanent job vacancy for a Group Internal Auditor at their corporate headquarters in central London, after a Group acquisition led to a cash injection to the business. Reporting to the the Head of Group Audit, you will work in a high profile team to provide independent assurance on financial and operational processes and controls within the business. Following on from this, you'll report on assurance matters to the executive team, shareholders and regulatory bodies, making recommendations for improvements where necessary, taking into account commercial interests. You'll actively travel to sites across the UK, typically 1-3 days per week, including overnight stays, travelling either by train or car. There is no weekend travel involved. Working from home or from various sites is actively encouraged, and as such you may not live in London.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of internal or external audit experience, either in a Top 10 firm or commercial business. You must be able to drive in order to reach all sites.
