Internal Auditor - Public Sector - 3-6 months - £150-£300/day (depending on experience)

Your new company
This interim Internal Auditor position is with a public sector organisation based just outside Worcester city centre. The department is under fresh new leadership and going through an exciting time of change so they require a hands-on Internal Audit professional to support them on an interim basis.
Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in the continued delivery of the annual audit plan as the team goes through a series of exciting changes. This will involve planning, delivering and then reporting on a variety of different audit engagements. You may be required to do some minor levels of travel in the Worcester area.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a relevant qualification (IIA/ACA/ACCA) and have strong Internal Audit experience. Prior experience in local government is advantageous but not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must be available on short notice.

What you'll get in return
£150-£300/day (depending on experience) in scope of IR35. This assignment will be for 3-6 months.
