Your new firm
A regional firm of Chartered Accountants with multiple offices across the North West are seeking an Audit Manager to join their Bolton office and manage the team. This opportunity has arisen following promotions within the team and continued growth and new business wins in 2018 which has lead to a large pipeline of work.

Your new role
As an Audit Manager you will manage a large portfolio of clients, which will consist of a range of owner managed business and groups across the North West for which you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a range of audit, accounting and advisory services to. You will be the key point of contact for your clients, leading the relationship and be a trusted advisor.

You will also support the partners with the management of the audit and accounts team, consisting of around ten staff and also managing the workflow across the team. There is also the opportunity to gain involvement in business development and pitching for new businesses and the career path within the firm will allow you to work your way through to RI status.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Audit Manager who has gained at least two years ACA / ACCA post qualified experience. You must be able to demonstrate experience of managing or supervising a portfolio and / or a team alongside excellent interpersonal skills. You will be joining a firm that offer clear career progression and therefore you must be able to demonstrate an ambition and drive.
