One of our longstanding Big 4 clients in Austria is building out their Valuations practice and seeking a new team member at Senior Consultant level. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and development of this team.
In addition, you will live and work in Vienna – consistently rated ‘world’s most liveable city’. From affordable housing and an excellent education system, to a rich cultural heritage and easy access to beautiful natural surroundings, Vienna really is a world class place to live.
Responsibilities:
- Lead work streams on a broad array of valuation and other corporate advisory projects
- Evaluate companies or parts of companies as well as intangible assets according to national / international valuation standards
- Work independently on market and company analysis
- Take responsibility for the preparation of detailed financial modelling, financial analysis and the application of a variety of valuation methodologies
- Take responsibility for the preparation of clear client reports and other deliverables
- Guide and coach junior team members
Requirements:
I am keen to hear from professionals with the following background:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline
- 2-4 years professional accounting experience – this must include at least 2 years in Valuations
- Advanced valuation and financial modeling skills
- Sound international accounting expertise (IFRS 3 and IAS 36) and strong analytical skills
- Fluent in German
