Assistant Accountant required, logistics firm near Bridgwater, experienced self starter needed, up to £30k DOE

You will be working for a logistics company based on the outskirts of Bridgwater. This successful and growing organisation serves clients across the country and has a strong customer base to build their growth on.
Your new role
You will be working as an assistant accountant, working as the sole finance person on site. Your responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting on a weekly, monthly and annual basis, balance sheet reconciliations, creating a large variety of finance reports and liaising with the on-site team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced finance professional who has a working knowledge of all the kids of duties a top quality assistant accountant will needs. You will be a motivated self starter as the majority of your time will be spent as the sole finance person there, with the line manager only on site very occasionally. Ideally you will studying towards or have achieved your chartered status, but this is not essential.
What you'll get in return
