Payroll Coordinator Job paying £27000-£29000 per annum on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Your new role
For this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing data for over 900 UK staff and 600 UK consultants, working with the out-sourced payroll provider and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the service is run effectively. You will also be involved in reviewing international payroll reports to ensure these are properly approved, processed and comply with local legislation. Likewise, responding to HMRC queries and undertaking preparatory work for HMRC dispensations required is essential for this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of working with an outsourced payment function with multiple payrolls and have a good working understanding of international payroll. Having advanced computer skills (excel: pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and a good understanding of UK payroll legislation is important for this role. Experience of using SAP and Agresso would be desirable as well as experience of processing multi business units UK staff payroll processes.
