Forensic Auditor - Munich - Fluent German

A leading Manufacturing Business with it's Headquarter in Munich is seeking a Forensic Investigator.

They are looking for an autonomous self- starter who can hit the ground running and is comfortable being in a position that comes with exposure and independence. 

You will join an exciting environment in the area of corporate audit, which extends from the Group headquarters to all subgroups and subsidiaries. With your educational work in close cooperation with the compliance area, you support the management in its monitoring function. For this task, you bring with you in-depth special knowledge and can expand on it professionally.

This function will include : 

• Planning, preparation and follow-up as well as operational conduct of internal investigations, in particular in the case of suspicions of economic criminal or other illegal activities Analysis of documents and data and conducting forensic interviews with employees
• Reporting and presentation of audit results in management bodies at all levels Identification of process and control gaps as well as advice and monitoring of measures to close the gaps

Your experience:

• Successfully completed university studies, preferably with a criminal, psychological and/or legal focus or comparable training
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the investigation service, a company specialising in forensic examination or audit experience in internal auditing
• Knowledge and experience in analyzing complex processes and issues worldwide
• Willingness to travel up to 50% worldwide
• Experience in an international environment
• Professional language skills in German and English as well as ideally other language skills.Reports and Interviews will be conducted in German as well as in English
• Experience in full life cycle of an investigation including interviews, document review, report writing, etc.
