Director of Internal Audit (Insurance)

A global consultancy are seeking a Director with extensive exposure in the Insurance industry, as they continue to grow their portfolio within this sector. You will be an integral member of the Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance function, and will work with multinational organisations to improve their corporate governance, risk management and internal control systems. 

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders, including Chief Compliance Officer's and CRO's
• Network across the insurance sector, developing relationships with existing clients as well as building new relationships
• Effectively manage multiple large and complex engagements
• Supervise and manage performance of the team working on assigned engagements
• Work closely with team members, taking responsibility for coaching and development

Requirements:

• 10 years+ Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance experience, including extensive exposure within the Insurance sector
• Good knowledge across the Insurance regulatory environment in Kong, Culture and Conduct risk management frameworks and compliance frameworks
• Ability to network and build/develop relationships
