Internal Auditor

Our client, a listed organisation with operations across the UK, seeks an Internal Auditor to strengthen its growing corporate audit team.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, the Internal Auditor will assist the team with all manner of audit work across financial and operational areas of the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone seeking to start their audit career or to build upon previous audit experience and develop new skills.
As well as 'on the job' training, further support for study towards an accounting or professional auditing qualification will be considered.
Due to the nature of the role and geographical spread of operations, some UK travel to other sites will be required

Skills / Experience / Attributes:

• A strong academic background - ideally degree educated in a finance or business related discipline
• An interest in or previous experience of internal audit, internal controls or risk
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and with a 'can do' attitude
• Flexibility to travel to sites in the UK as required
