Your new company
This company supplies services in to the NHS, operating general practice surgeries, NHS walk-in centres and other community-based health services across England.

Your new role
You will be a member of the Quality Assurance team, who lead on improving services, systems and processes to ensure that a quality service is provided and add value to the organisation.
Your main objective will be to support the organisation in it's achievement of clinical excellence, patient safety and quality improvement. You will innovate and support the development of improved clinical performance and compliance in service delivery across the range of healthcare services.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified in CQC Registration Management and ideally have a Chartered Quality Professional Membership.
Experience of multi professional working and developing as well as delivering projects is vital.
You must also have a detailed understanding of clinical governance within the NHS, so you can understand and translate national directives and agendas into appropriate local strategies and plans.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be articulate, organised and diplomatic, being able to read others and situations well.
The role does require some travel, so being a car driver will be beneficial.
