Windows Workplace Engineer (6451)

Together with your team you will be responsible for the more than 3000 jobs at our customer's various locations. Your qualifications:

• (specialized) university degree in computer science or a comparable education with experience in the conception, operation and construction of IT workplace solutions
• Excellent knowledge of the possibilities of IT workplace services. They know the limits and recognize when other solutions are more effective
• In-depth IT skills in Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory and GPOs, Software Packaging, SCCM and PowerShell
• Hardware knowledge (HP notebooks), Nexthink, Digital Guardian, Cylance, Thycotic Privilege Management, or Workspace One (MDM) solutions are beneficial
• Google G Suite or Office365 are not foreign words
• Self-employed and service-oriented personality with strong entrepreneurial thinking and analytical and conceptual skills
• Communicative and resilient person with the ability to work error-free even under pressure
• Stylish in German and English

Your tasks:

• Further develop the existing Workplace Services platform
• Checking the requirements of the involved groups / stakeholders for the technical feasibility, responsible for their solution development
• Testing the new workplace solutions and improving the existing workplace infrastructure with suggested solutions
• Conception and coordination of the solution implementation with internal / external partners
• Regular collaboration with colleagues within the global IT construct and collaborative development of IT solutions
• Participation in IT projects and assuming responsibility for the subarea

Sie werden zusammen mit Ihrem Team verantwortlich für die über 3000 Arbeitsplätze an verschiedenen Standorten unseres Kunden sein. Ihre Qualifikationen:

• (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Erfahrung rund um Konzeption, Betrieb und Aufbau von IT Workplace-Lösungen
• Exzellente Kenntnisse über die Möglichkeiten von IT Workplace-Services. Sie kennen die Grenzen und erkennen, wenn andere Lösungsansätze zielführender sind
• Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory und GPOs, Software Paketierung, SCCM und PowerShell
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware (HP Notebooks), Nexthink, Digital Guardian, Cylance, Thycotic Privilege Management oder mit MDM-Lösungen (Workspace One) sind von Vorteil
• Google-G-Suite oder Office365 sind keine Fremdwörter
• Selbständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem unternehmerischem Denken sowie analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
• Kommunikative und belastbare Person mit der Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck fehlerfrei zu arbeiten
• Stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Weiterentwickeln der bestehenden Workplace Services – Plattform
• Überprüfen der Anforderungen der involvierten Fachgruppen/Stakeholdern auf die technische Machbarkeit, verantwortlich für deren Lösungsausarbeitung
• Testen der neuen Workplace-Lösungen und Verbesserung der bestehenden Workplace-Infrastruktur mit Lösungsvorschlägen
• Konzeptionieren und Koordinieren der Lösungs-Implementation mit internen/externen Partnern
• Regelmässige Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen innerhalb des globalen IT-Konstrukts und gemeinsame Erarbeitung an IT-Lösungen
• Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten und Übernahme der Verantwortung für den Teilbereich
