Your new company is a rapidly expanding venture in the leisure industry.

Your new role
Your new role is a key hire for the organisation as they enter another phase of growth and expansion. You will join an existing finance team of 3 and be the number 1 in finance.

You will take a lead on all on all financial planning activity for the company. You`ll be looking at proposed financial plans, analysing and evaluating financial performance and recommending changes that will grow the companies profitability.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic forward thinking qualified accountant who is able to adapt to a growing business` needs.

Key aspects of this role;-

• Financial planning and budgeting
• Understanding of cost control
• Finance business partnering
• Project management, to ensure collaboration across teams
• Production of management accounts

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a couple of years PQE as a minimum. You`ll have experience of producing management accounts and a very commercial forward facing outlook to accounting. You will have fresh, logical ideas for the business and proactively get involved in strategic decisions and the businesses operational management.
