  • Add further value to our clients

  • Enhance the quality of the work we do

  • To capitalise on the significant opportunities that technological advances offer us however, we need to create a foundation upon which the opportunity to digitise can be quickly identified and implemented. Fundamental in achieving this is having a delivery model which drives significant levels of standardisation in what we do, achieved through increasing levels of centralisation in delivery - for example, through the implementation of Centres of Excellence and Competency Centres in the UK, which are collectively referred to as ‘Alternative Delivery Models’ (ADMs).

  • Developing roadmaps by FSLI to enable automation, leveraging what is available globally

  • Managing regional roll out support through regional resources

  • The chosen individual will have the opportunity to:
  • Lead a significant global strategic priority

  • Define global strategy, shaping our vision for the global external audit target operating model
