Job Details
Leading multi-national financial institution actively seeks a Vice President, Audit Manager within the independent corporate audit function. The VP Audit Manager will be Netherlands based but work closely alongside the European team.
The role will be positioned within the Global Markets team, so knowledge of Global Markets traded businesses, ideally within a large financial institution is key.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Implementing audit strategy and activities
- Working closely with senior business leaders and all levels of management
- Assisting the Audit Director with the annual audit plan
- Managing the audit team, including all external parties
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualification, in addition to professional accounting or auditing cert (ACA, CPA etc) a plus
- SOX experience, and knowledge of global markets – ideally with proven experience in carrying out audits related to global market traded products
The role will involve some international travel, and comes with a competitive salary
